Founded by Joe Law, whose passion for excellence in wall and roof cleaning inspired him to raise the bar across the industry, Universal Eco Homes was never meant to be just another contractor. Joe’s vision was clear: to offer British expats living in Spain a professional, reliable service that delivers outstanding results.
He was soon joined by his father, Chris Law, a seasoned expert with decades of hands-on experience. Together, they laid the foundations for a true family-run business rooted in trust and professionalism. Not long after, Chris’s wife Sammy and Joe’s fiancée Jena joined the team too, so when we say we’re a family business, we really mean it!
Though we’ve expanded from our early days, our commitment to treating every home like our own has never changed. That same blend of expert craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and down-to-earth customer service has made us one of the most trusted names in roof and wall cleaning in the UK, and now we’re proud to bring our wall and roof cleaning company to homes across the Costa del Sol.
From day one, our mission as a wall and roof cleaning company has been clear: to provide exceptional service, outstanding workmanship, and real care for every homeowner we work with.
That commitment led us to partner with ProPERLA, the leading name in advanced roof and wall coatings. But working with ProPERLA isn’t as simple as placing an order – they only allow their products to be applied by the most skilled and trusted wall and roof cleaning companies in the industry.
To become a ProPERLA ‘Approved Applicator’, every job must meet their rigorous standards. This includes providing detailed photos of the work before, during and after application. If a wall and roof cleaning company doesn’t meet the mark, they’re blacklisted – permanently.
We’re proud that Universal Eco Homes has not only achieved Approved status but is also one of the very few ProPERLA Platinum Approved Applicators in the UK. And now, as one of the only Approved Applicators operating on the Costa del Sol, we’re bringing this same gold-standard expertise to homes in Spain.
As our reputation grew across the UK, Universal Eco Homes expanded with key bases in Colchester, Essex and Manchester – allowing us to serve homes from Cornwall to Cumbria. Wherever we worked, one thing remained the same: homeowners came to trust the Universal Eco Homes name as a mark of quality.
We’re proud to have launched a new branch right here in Málaga, bringing our trusted wall and roof cleaning company to the Costa del Sol. From Marbella to Mijas, we’re now helping British homeowners in Spain protect and transform their properties with our expert roof and wall cleaning and coating services.
And that’s not all. We’ve also opened in Ireland, where we’re the ONLY ProPERLA Platinum Approved Applicator in the entire country.
