Founded by Joe Law, whose passion for excellence in wall and roof cleaning<\/a> inspired him to raise the bar across the industry, Universal Eco Homes was never meant to be just another contractor. Joe\u2019s vision was clear: to offer British expats living in Spain a professional, reliable service that delivers outstanding results.<\/p>

He was soon joined by his father, Chris Law, a seasoned expert with decades of hands-on experience. Together, they laid the foundations for a true family-run business rooted in trust and professionalism. Not long after, Chris\u2019s wife Sammy and Joe\u2019s fianc\u00e9e Jena joined the team too, so when we say we\u2019re a family business, we really mean it!<\/p>

And the business wouldn’t be complete without our site supervisor, Ralph, the real boss around here. Always on patrol, always up for a fuss, a biscuit and always making sure the team are doing things properly. He definitely keeps standards high.<\/p>

Though we\u2019ve expanded from our early days, our commitment to treating every home like our own has never changed.
